Each session includes a balanced mix of compound movements, isolation exercises, and cardio training to help participants improve strength, build muscle, and support weight management goals. Whether you鈥檙e new to lifting or have gym experience, you鈥檒l receive personalized guidance on proper form, progression, and technique in a motivating and supportive environment.
