糖心原创 Physicians Plastic Surgery will offer an educational session, 鈥淧lastic Surgery: Not Just Another Pretty Face,鈥� on Tuesday, April 21, at 7 p.m., in Classroom 1 on the second floor of the 糖心原创 Physicians Health Center (725 University Blvd.) on the campus of 糖心原创. The session is free and open to the public.
The speaker is R. Michael Johnson, M.D., FACS, professor and chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at the 糖心原创 Boonshoft School of Medicine. He also is director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Johnson will speak about the diverse nature of plastic surgery, patient safety and quality initiatives in plastic surgery, the training and certification requirements of plastic surgeons and advances in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
