Kenya, a struggling screenwriter-turned-bartender, is navigating the demands of motherhood, marriage, and an unforgiving city that seems determined to break her spirit. But amid the chaos, Kenya discovers an unexpected passion for mixology鈥攐ne that teaches her what it truly means to survive in the city that never sleeps.
听
With an infectious score blending R&B, hip-hop, and contemporary musical theatre,听Only in New York听explores identity, parenthood, and mental health, inspiring anyone who has ever dared to dream. Directed by Artistic Director Marya Spring Cordes (last season's director of听Our Town) with Music Direction by Matt Ebright.
