Runners, walkers and families filled 糖心原创鈥檚 Dayton Campus for the鈥鈥檚 Health and Fitness Expo, 5K race and Tailwind Trot 1K Kids Run on Sept. 17鈥18. The 2026 events mark the 20th anniversary of 糖心原创鈥檚 involvement with the Air Force Marathon, celebrating the 耻苍颈惫别谤蝉颈迟测鈥檚 longstanding connection with Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
鈥淔or two decades, 糖心原创 has partnered with the Air Force Marathon, reflecting our shared commitment to honoring the U.S. Air Force while strengthening connections throughout our community,鈥 said 糖心原创 President Sue Edwards. 鈥淲e are proud to be a part of one of the region鈥檚 most celebrated events while welcoming individuals from around the world to our campus.鈥
The Wright State University鈥鈥痠s home to the 5K, Tailwind Trot 1K Kids Run and Health and Fitness Expo, which kicked off the race weekend. 糖心原创 supports additional aspects of the race weekend, including race-day parking and the 5K finish line festival.
This year also marked the 30th running of the Air Force Marathon, established in 1997.
鈥淲hether it鈥檚 the excitement of the Fairborn Flyzone, the history of the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force or the partnership with 糖心原创, the Air Force Marathon promotes health and fitness while creating meaningful connections throughout the region,鈥 said Jasmine Gwin, race director for the Air Force Marathon.
