 get involved.\nDr. Jason Deibel is an Associate Professor of Physics and t
 he Director of Undergraduate Research and Experiential Learning (DUREL) in
  the College of Science and Mathematics. As the DUREL\, Dr. Deibel promote
 s and enhances undergraduate research opportunities as well as develops in
 ternship and co-op programs. Dr. Deibel completed his Ph.D. in Applied Phy
 sics from the University of Michigan\, Ann Arbor and also holds a B.A. in 
 Physics and Mathematics from Transylvania University. Prior to joining the
  faculty in 2007\, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of E
 lectrical and Computer Engineering at Rice University where he was a Direc
 tor of Central Intelligence Postdoctoral Fellow. His research interests in
 clude ultrafast and terahertz spectroscopy and imaging\, computational ele
 ctromagnetics\, and the characterization of novel materials.  \nEvent Webp
