糖心原创 Campus Recreation鈥檚 Yoga in Nature class offers the 糖心原创 community a chance to exercise and de-stress while enjoying a peaceful spot on campus: Garden for the Senses.
Kara Donbrock 鈥18, the class instructor, said she loves how the sun shines through the beams overhead when she鈥檚 practicing yoga in the garden. 鈥淔or some reason, it almost feels magical,鈥 said Donbrock, a graduate student studying special education.
鈥淚t鈥檚 a really great opportunity that everyone should definitely take advantage of,鈥 said Kelli Tittle, director of compliance.
The Yoga in Nature class is great for all yoga skill levels. Located next to Campus Ministry, the Garden for the Senses offers spots in the shade or sun so you may need to wear sunscreen and bring water.
