Business with a Raider Day allows high school students to experience a day in the life of a ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ business student. Attendees can spend the day shadowing a current business student to see firsthand the small class sizes, hands-on learning opportunities, the student-operated ReyReyCafe, Soin Trading Center, Data Analytics and Visualization Environment lab and more.

This event is open to students in all grade levels. The day will include hands-on activities, including seeing the New Media Incubator, Food Deserts, Archives, Anthro Lab and more. Participants can get information about studying abroad and career outlook for liberal arts majors.

College of Nursing and Health

Experience what it is like to be a nursing student at ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´. Tour campus, then spend the afternoon meeting the dean, participating in hands-on activities in the Nursing Skills Labs, interacting with current nursing students and taking a career assessment inventory.

Attendees will explore and gain a better understanding of career opportunities in health care, including medicine, athletic training, chiropractic, mental health counseling, nursing, optometry, pharmacy, physical therapy, physician’s assistant and veterinary medicine. Find out how degrees from ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ can open doors to the nation’s top professional schools. High school students can also learn what classes and activities they should be choosing now to prepare for their future.

University Honors Program
