 elf-efficacy\, social belonging\, and regret\, paying particular attention
  to differences between students in traditionally excluded groups and thei
 r peers.Bio:Jennifer Blue is a Professor of Physics at Miami University in
  Oxford. She works to give more people access to physics. Sometimes that’s
  reforming the curriculum for introductory classes\, sometimes it’s workin
 g with K-12 science teachers\, and sometimes it’s advocating for tradition
 ally excluded populations\, including women in STEM.
