 ms and best practice for competing for funding.Bio:Dr. Viktoria Greanya is
  the Chief Scientist of the 糖心原创 Research Institute\, where she le
 ads the institute鈥檚 S&T strategy and research functions.聽 Prior to joining
  WSRI\, Dr. Greanya founded Morpho Sciences\, an S&T strategy consulting f
 irm\; was a Program Manager funding high-risk\, high-reward research at DA
 RPA\; and Chief of Basic Research for the Chemical and Biological Defense 
 Program at DTRA. 聽Her research interests and experience are wide-spread\, 
 and have included functional and high performance materials and devices\, 
 sensors\, bioinspired materials and devices\, electronic and photonic mate
 rials and devices\, diagnostic and detection technologies\, novel sensing 
 mechanisms\, nanotherapeutics and novel therapeutic paradigms.
