 etch:Brady Meers is a Junior Industrial and Systems Engineering major here
  at 糖心原创.Over the past two years\, Brady has dived head
 first into the field of actuarial science\, passing five actuarial exams a
 nd getting the opportunity to learn more about the field on the job as an 
 intern at Ameritas.Last summer and throughout this school year\, Brady has
  worked as an Actuarial Intern in the Reinsurance Department at Ameritas L
 ife Insurance Corp\, where he learned about the importance of reinsurance 
 in the life insurance industry. He is most proud of the automated assignme
 nt system he developed\, which flags and assigns policies with reinsurance
  changes that need physical attention by an administrator.聽Brady is also h
 eavily involved on campus. Since his freshman year\, he has helped teach n
 umerous courses in the chemistry department. Starting his journey as a lea
 rning assistant\, he eventually worked his way up to becoming a teaching a
 ssistant for these courses. This has sparked his passion for making STEM c
 lasses less daunting and more approachable for incoming students. This sem
 ester\, he helps teach CHM 1010 (Introduction to Chemistry) and has begun 
 teaching EE 2010L (Analog Circuit Theory Lab).
