����ԭ�� hosted several Halloween-themed events designed to provide opportunities to connect with others and have fun.

One of the events was the second annual Trunk or Treat, hosted by the ����ԭ�� Department of Public Safety on Oct. 26.

Almost 200 Mini University preschoolers and their parents joined ����ԭ�� athletic teams, the Student Government Association, the Fairborn Fire Department, Ohio State Patrol and the Dayton and ����ԭ�� police departments as they decorated their vehicles and passed out candy to kids.

“We are hoping that every year it gets bigger and bigger,” said Kurt Holden, director of public safety.

The University Activities Board hosted the Halloween Bash for those ����ԭ�� students who had the courage to attend. The event featured the Human Butcher Shop, a haunted house in the Student Union Endeavour Room, food, games and a mechanical pumpkin.

“Seeing all of the students come out and have fun has been great,” said Ximena Santin Abarca, a senior majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology who organized the Halloween Bash.
