 management specialist and spinal cord stimulator implanter in Centerville.
  He founded the Ohio Pain Clinic based on a philosophy to help patients ma
 nage chronic pain through a multidisciplinary non-opioid approach. He rece
 ived his medical degree from Northeast Ohio University College of Medicine
  and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Rush University in Chica
 go\, IL where he was actively engaged in research in both pain management 
 and anesthesia. Following his residency\, he completed fellowship training
  in pain management at the Cleveland Clinic where he mastered the most adv
 anced techniques available for pain management. Dr. Soin is Board Certifie
 d in Anesthesiology\, Pain Medicine and Interventional Pain Management. He
  is also a member of the American Board of Pain Management and the Pain Ma
 nagement Representative for the State of Ohio with the Medicare Carrier Ad
 visory Committee.
