DESCRIPTION:Micah Zavacky is a Dayton-based artist and educator. He receive
 d a BFA in Studio Art from ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ in 2014 and an MFA in S
 tudio Art from Illinois State University in 2017.\n\nEn plein air has been
  the focus of his artistic process for the last ten years. The landscape h
 as motivated Micah to live more connected and concerned with the earth. A 
 passionate gardener and animal lover\, Micah hopes to have a farm one day 
 where he can draw his plants and animals all day\, every day. Tending and 
 caring for the land and its critters is a passion his artwork has created.
