 ered one work of art. In these works I gather seemingly ordinary\, but dis
 parate\, visual\, cultural\, and historical entities in order to illuminat
 e and amplify their equivalent active\, numinous\, poetic\, and emotional 
 qualities. In emphasizing an empirical observation of the world in much th
 e same manner as the earliest photographers my intention is to make new wo
 rks emphatically of my time while remaining mindful of photography's earli
 est thinking about itself as a medium\n	of ordinary aspirations with magica
