Listening Sessions
Bridge Strategic Plan 2023鈥�2025
Overview
On August 19, 糖心原创 kicked off development of its Bridge Strategic Plan for 2023-2025. Working group members and facilitators are charged with identifying high-impact actions to support the university鈥檚 primary objectives. Each group was asked to produce clearly defined, near-term initiatives that would result in measurable progress over the bridge plan period, strengthening the foundations for 糖心原创鈥檚 next five-year strategic plan.
Each group is meeting regularly to surface and evaluate opportunities and will host a listening session mid-way through their work timeline to solicit feedback from the university community. The work produced for each objective will be coalesced into a cohesive strategic plan and presented to the Board of Trustees on December 8.
Listening sessions were hosted via Webex on Friday, September 30, and Friday, October 7. The schedule and links are provided below.听
