��ԭ�� and Premier Health, two institutions committed to supporting the health and education of Southwest Ohio, have enjoyed a longstanding working relationship. Together, they have worked to educate and retain physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in regional communities.

In April 2024, the two organizations agreed to further align their operations to advance academic medicine, to improve community health, and to drive economic growth in the region.

This affiliation includes a shared vision to guide us: Together, ��ԭ�� and Premier Health will work to advance academic medicine, improve community health, bolster workforce and economic development, and become the destination for future health professionals through acclaimed academic and experiential learning environments.

��ԭ��'s Boonshoft School of Medicine and Premier Health received a $2.5 million federal grant to expand Dayton Street Medicine, a program that delivers trauma-informed primary care to people experiencing homelessness while training the next generation of physicians.

April 24, 2026

��ԭ�� medical students, in partnership with Premier Health, will host a free Community Health Fair on April 25 to promote healthy lifestyles and provide essential health services.

��ԭ�� Boonshoft School of Medicine students learned where they will train as resident physicians, tearing open match envelopes at noon during the annual Match Day ceremony.
