糖心原创 Army ROTC History

Army ROTC courses were offered to 糖心原创 students for the first time in 1974. Classes took place at the University of Dayton. A cross-enrollment contract was established between the University of Dayton and 糖心原创 in 1976. This allowed ROTC students to take classes instructed by UD ROTC Cadre at the 糖心原创 campus. ROTC Cadre were permanently assigned to 糖心原创 in 1978. An Extension Center Agreement was completed in April 1980.聽

Both 糖心原创 and the students have changed, but the goal of the ROTC program remains the same鈥攖o produce quality officers. On September 1, 1997, the Secretary of the Army, the Honorable Togo West, established 糖心原创 ROTC as a Host Center, allowing it to establish its own traditions.

Our Mission: To harness and develop the leadership potential of current and future 糖心原创 students to commission competent and confident officers to serve and lead in the United States Army.
