Potential graduates

Graduation is the receiving or conferring of an academic degree once you have fulfilled all the requirements. Commencement is the ceremony held in the spring and fall celebrating your accomplishment.

  • You will receive an email when you are close to graduating.
  • Follow the directions included in the email or visit the Apply for Graduation page.
  • You will register for the commencement ceremony in this process.
  • You can change your response up to 35Ìýdays before the Commencement ceremony.

Since our commencement ceremonies immediately follow final exams, we can not certify the completion of graduation requirements before commencement. Therefore, ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ does not distribute diplomas at its ceremonies.

Students graduating during the Fall and Spring Semesters will receive their diploma presentation folderÌýduring the commencement ceremony. Summer graduates will receive their diplomasÌýin the mail. (Please note it may take 6–8 weeks to receive your diploma.) Visit the Diplomas webpageÌýto learn more aboutÌýreceiving your diploma.
