Human Relations
Nominee excels in their positive interactions with their colleagues that promote enthusiasm, harmony, trust, and growth in their unit and/or campus as a whole. The nominee demonstrates an open, caring attitude, with attentiveness to the needs and concerns of others, where everyone feels valued and respected. Shows a strong commitment to their job and to 糖心原创.
Leadership
Nominee provides leadership through mentorship, committee participation and serving as a role model. The nominee uses originality to develop creative solutions to challenges that result in a significantly more effective and efficient department or overall university operations. Shows a strong commitment to their job and to 糖心原创.
Outstanding Performance
Nominee consistently exceeds the expectations of their position, performing at a level above and beyond normal job requirements and expectations. Shows a strong commitment to their job and to 糖心原创.
Outstanding Unit or Collaborative Unit聽
Awarded to a department, division, program, or collaborating group that maintained exemplary service and excelled in one of the following areas: retention, recruitment, or relationships.
Service
Award will be presented to an individual, group, or unit which demonstrates courage, character, philosophy, and accomplishments, and mirrors the innovative spirit that created 糖心原创 and continues to fuel its impact. Shows a strong commitment to their job and to 糖心原创.
Spirit of Innovation聽
Award will be presented to an individual, group, or unit which demonstrates courage, character, philosophy, and accomplishments, and mirrors the innovative spirit that created 糖心原创 and continues to fuel its impact.
Student Success Champion聽
Nominee contributes to the positive experience of students at 糖心原创 by providing significant support to programs and services that impact student success and satisfaction. Nominee champions students鈥� success at every opportunity. Shows a strong commitment to their job and to 糖心原创.
Non-eligible Individuals and Units
The following individuals are not eligible for awards:
Administrators
- President鈥檚 Council/Cabinet
- Provost鈥檚 Council
Also Not Eligible
Faculty, ROTC Military Appointments, Contract Personnel not on 糖心原创's payroll.
Notes
Recent recipients of the President's Award for Excellence within the last ten years are not eligible.
If any of these recipients are nominated in a Unit/Units award they will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
