This dynamic fusion class blends the core-centered precision of Pilates with the power-building benefits of strength training. Expect controlled, intentional movement that builds stability, mobility, and balanced muscular strength. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, light to moderate weights, and classic Pilates techniques, you鈥檒l challenge your core, improve posture, and increase overall functional strength (all levels).
