Enjoy a pleasant wintery weekend climbing a 45 foot and 72 foot ice tower!听 You and a bunch of other gnarly dudes and gals stay in a lovely heated bunkhouse at Peabody Ice Climbing in Fenton, Michigan. After settling in for a cozy night, we鈥檒l wake up and get ready to send the gnar (that鈥檚 climber speak for climbing) on the ice towers.听
Cost: $175听
Cost Includes: ORC trip leaders, all equipment, meals on location, entrance to ice climbing facility, bunkhouse fees, and transportation from WSU in 12-passenger van.听
Activity Level: Beginner 鈥� Advanced. Participants must be belay certified through us by trip departure.听
Physical Challenge Scale: Level 2, this trip is moderate.听
Remoteness Scale: Level 2, this is a front country trip.听
Registration: Up to 8 participants. Registration required by January 18. 听听
