Campus Closure
The UCIE and most 糖心原创 offices will be closed starting Monday, December 25th, through Tuesday, January 2nd.听 During this time, paperwork and email will not be processed.听 In case of emergencies, please contact the University Police at 937-775-2111.听 We look forward to seeing you on campus on Tuesday, January 2nd.

The UCIE immigration Walk-In Advising hours for the remainder of Fall 2017:

Admission Walk-In Hours
The UCIE Admissions Team will accepting official transcripts from new incoming students on October 2nd at the following walk in hours:听

- Monday - Noon to 1pm
- Tuesday- 9am to 10am
- Wednesday- 3pm to 4pm
- Thursday- 9am to 10am
- Friday- 2pm to 3pm

OPT Application Submission for Fall 2017
听
If you are an international student graduating in Fall 2017 semester, you may start applying for OPT on September 18, 2017.

Choose an OPT start date between 12/16/2017 and 2/13/2018. The final date for fall 2017 graduates to submit application materials for OPT is February 2, 2018.
听
PLEASE NOTE: If you have any reservations regarding graduation for fall 2017 semester, please do not apply for OPT until after semester end听grades have been posted.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - midnight
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - midnight
