The UCIE is Moving!听
听
Phase One-The UCIE office in E190 Student Union and Immigration Office in 235 Student Union will be closed on November 27-29 as part of our office renovation.听 All faculty, staff, and students can be seen in 244 Student Union (International Admissions and Recruitment).听 The UCIE main office in E190 Student Union will open again on November 30th.
Phase Two-The International Admissions and Recruitment Office in 244 Student Union will be closed on December 11-13 as part of our office renovation.听 All faculty, staff,and students can be send in E190 Student Union (UCIE Main Office).听 The International Admissions, Recruitment and Immigration Teams will all be permanently located in E190 Student Union.

Applications are now being accepted for Fall 2018-Spring 2019 Resident Assistant (RA) positions. RAs will be assigned to a residential community as determined听by Residence Life and Housing. Those hired as RAs receive a full meal plan, housing on campus, and more. Learn more here:听

Admission & Immigration Walk-In Hours
The UCIE Admissions Team will start accepting official transcripts from new incoming students on October 2nd at the following walk in hours:听
听
- Monday - Noon to 1pm
- Tuesday- 9am to 10am
- Wednesday- 3pm to 4pm
- Thursday- 9am to 10am
- Friday- 2pm to 3pm
The UCIE immigration window will be open Fall 2017 for the following hours:
- Monday, 9-11am
- Tuesday, 9-11am
- Wednesday, 1:30-3:30pm
- Thursday, 1:30-3:30pm
- Friday, 9-11am

OPT Application Submission for Fall 2017
听
If you are an international student graduating in Fall 2017 semester, you may start applying for OPT on September 18, 2017.

Choose an OPT start date between 12/16/2017 and 2/13/2018. The final date for fall 2017 graduates to submit application materials for OPT is February 2, 2018.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have any reservations regarding graduation for fall 2017 semester, please do not apply for OPT until after semester end听grades have been posted.
