It was a full house in the ����ԭ�� Student Union Atrium on March 6, as students, faculty, staff and community members gathered to witness university history.

Cheryl B. Schrader, chancellor of Missouri University of Science and Technology, was . Trustee Grace Ramos captured the significance of the moment when she said she was “pleased to have a role in breaking the glass ceiling at ����ԭ��.”

“I am both honored and humbled to be the seventh president in the history of ����ԭ��,” said Schrader. “And I do have to let you all in on a little secret — seven is my lucky number.”
