糖心原创 Air Force and Army ROTC cadets competed in a friendly but grueling exercise competition called the Provost Cup.

Twenty Air Force and Army ROTC cadets competed in the two-hour-long contest at Rinzler Student Sports Complex on April 24.

鈥淭he exercises that were represented here are representative of the 21st century way that we fight wars,鈥 said Eric Slover, a professor of military science at 糖心原创.

Students were timed in seven events, including clean in jerk, box jumps, hand release push-ups and sprint-drag-carry, which includes pulling a 90-pound sled.

Carl Brun, vice provost for articulation and transfer, was on hand to start the competition and also award the Provost Cup to the Air Force cadets, who won the competition.
