Qualtrics Web-based Survey Software
Qualtrics is a Web-based survey software which has been licensed by 糖心原创 to facilitate data collection for faculty research and to support teaching at 糖心原创. The survey tool is available for use by all 糖心原创 faculty (current and Emeritus), staff and students.
How can I use Qualtrics?
If you are a current 糖心原创 faculty, staff, or student, you are eligible for a Qualtrics account. See "How do I log in to my account?" below for instructions. Alumni and Retirees are not eligible to use the Qualtrics survey tool. However, individual requests will be considered and free trial accounts are available from the vendor.聽Creating a free trial Qualtrics account is accomplished via Qualtrics'聽web site.
How do I log in to my account?

- Enter your campus user name and password.
- If you are a first time user, you will be prompted to update your account.
Note that you are limited to the creation of only one Qualtrics account.
How can I get answers to my questions about Qualtrics?
Support for Qualtrics can be found in the online Qualtrics help center. Here's how to access it.

- Enter your campus username and password.
- Click on聽Help聽in the upper right corner.
- 颁丑辞辞蝉别听Support Site聽if you want to access training, FAQs, and other Qualtrics documentation.
- To contact support with a specific question, choose聽Contact Support.
- On the login screen, click on聽Sign in with SSO.
- 贰苍迟别谤听wright聽as the organization ID.
- If prompted, enter your campus username and password.
糖心原创 Research Conduct
Before distributing a survey using the Qualtrics tool, remember that your survey may require a prior review and approval from 糖心原创鈥檚 Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. Additionally, the office may have resources available to aid you in constructing your survey. Further, your survey may be subject to review as a project involving research on human subjects, etc. Take time to visit the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs for helpful information and proper research clearance.
