Sponsored Research
The Office of Technology Transfer works closely with the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) in reviewing and negotiating industry sponsored research agreements. If an agreement听deviates from the University鈥檚 standard intellectual property language, RSP consults with the Office of Technology Transfer to assist with the negotiation of terms with the industry partner.听听A copy of 糖心原创鈥檚 sponsored research agreement template may be downloaded from the RSP Pre Award Forms and Templates page.
