Nutrition Counseling is available through a partnership with local dietitian, Leslie Clem Edmunds MPH, RD, LD. Leslie can offer nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy and a variety of other dietetic services to help you reach your health and nutrition goals. Leslie is an in-network provider for Anthem, Medicare, Medical Mutual of Ohio, American Specialty Health, Optum Healthcare, and United Health Care. 糖心原创 affiliates receive a 20% discount on private fees (if not utilizing insurance for payment). Services are also Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts eligible.
