Welcome to ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´'s Living Community

Students love their housing options at ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´. They are comfortable, convenient, andÌýwhat you see is what youÌýget.ÌýÌýÌý

A Wright Path resident means youÌýgo to classes at your community college, but come home to ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´. You live in the same community as other ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ students, so you have more opportunities to meetÌýpeople. You can also get to know other Wright Path students by participating in a Wright Path living-learning community.Ìý


Apply to Live at ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ÌýÌýÌý

  • Join the .ÌýÌý
  • Once you're accepted into the program, visit your Ìýand completeÌýa ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ housing application.ÌýÌý
  • Meet with financial aid staff atÌýyour community collegeÌýto understand your available housing funds. If your financial aid will not cover ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ housing, youÌýhave the option toÌýpay ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ directly.ÌýPayment plans may be available.Ìý
  • To be eligible to live in ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ campus housing, you must be in good financial, academic, and judicial standing at your community college.Ìý
  • Dining plans not required for Wright Path program members.
  • Wright Path students are required to provide their own transportation to and from their partner institution.


Housing Application Dates

Application deadlines are applicable to Wright Path students who are covering the housing expenses through financial aid.

  • Fall Semester: August 1
  • Spring Semester: December 1


Housing Options

Residence Halls

Hamilton Hall

Hamilton HallÌýwas the first campus dormitory at ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´. It features traditional-style, furnished dorms that are co-ed by floor, and includes shared floor bathrooms and individual private shower rooms. You can live alone in a super single, or live with one roommate in a double or double deluxe room.Ìý

Honors Community

The Honors Community includes several living learning communities geared towards students with shared interests, philanthropic and service projects, and social activities. It's a fully furnished residence hall where you can live alone in a super single room or with a roommate in a double. All rooms have suite-style bathrooms. All floors are co-ed and dining plansÌýare required. Students who are in the University Honors Program, Trustee Scholars, students who have at least a 3.0 GPA, or are accepted into one of the Living Learning CommunitiesÌýin this building are eligible. Other students may be assigned as needed if space is available.

The Woods

The Woods is a group of nine fully furnished co-ed residence halls (Boston, Cedar, Hawthorn, Hickory, Jacob, Laurel, Maple, Oak, and Pine Halls) that offers dorms with suite-style bathrooms for first-year students. You can live alone, with one roommate, or with two roommates. Dining plans are required. All students are eligible to live in The Woods. The Woods is located near the basketball and volleyball courts and offers several living learning communities. The Woods is also a short walk to campus, putting you close to your classes, events on campus, and food.

Apartments

College Park

College Park Apartments are four-bedroom, two-bath furnished co-ed apartments. Students who have lived in housing for two semesters, transfer students, sophomore students, or students at least 21 years old are eligible. Dining plans are optional. If you have earned college credits while attending high school in the College Credit Plus, you may not be eligible to live in apartment communities. College Park apartments offer a full kitchen, living rooms, and a washer and dryer in the unit.

Forest Lane

Forest Lane Apartments offers studio, two-bedroom, and large two-bedroom furnished apartments. Students who have lived in housing for two semesters, transfer students, students who are of sophomore or higher class rank, or students at least 21 years old are eligible. Dining plans are not required (optional) but can be purchased through Hospitality Services.ÌýIf you have earned college credits while attending high school in the College Credit Plus, you may not be eligible to live in apartment communities. Forest Lane Apartments offer a full kitchen, a living room, and free laundry facilities.

University Park

University Park Apartments are furnished co-ed four-bedroom and two-bathroom apartments. Students who have lived in housing for two semesters, transfer students, students who are of sophomore or higher class rank, or students at least 21 years old are eligible. Dining plans are optional. If you have earned college credits while attending high school in the College Credit Plus, you may not be eligible to live in apartment communities. University Park Apartments offer a full kitchen, a living room, and a washer and dryer in the unit.
