info circle Cognos has been upgraded.听Following this upgrade, all Cognos links automatically redirect users to the new interface.听If you are experiencing errors accessing Cognos links, please try or rebooting your system.听To clear Cache (in Chrome & Firefox), please try the following:
- On your computer, open Chrome or Firefox.
- Press following keys at once: [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del].
- A Popup opens with the title "Clear recent history".
- In the time range dropdown menu, select "All time" or "Everything".
- Click the "Clear data" or "Ok" button.
- Close your browser and reopen it.
