Primary Registration: April 15–May 15
- First registration opportunity for all student organizationsÌýwhose officers function from August to May.
- Completing registrationÌýby this deadline permits the student organization access to participate in Do the U and Fall Fest and campus-wide events throughout the academic year.
- Failure to complete registration by May 15Ìýwill result in a frozen status until secondary registration opens.Ìý
BSOMÌýRegistration: July 20-August 20
- BSOM registrationÌýis for registered student organizations who operate on the BSOM academic schedule andÌýare interested in being an active student organization for the spring semester of theÌýacademic year.Ìý
- Completing registration by this deadline permits the student organization access to participate in events and meetings, and campus wide events held by the Boonshoft School of Medicine
- Failure to complete registration by JulyÌý30Ìýwill result in frozenÌýstatus for the semester, but you can complete secondary or fall registrationÌýfor the next academic year.Ìý
Secondary Registration: August 1–August 15
- SecondÌýregistration opportunity for all student organizations whose officers function from August to May.
- Completing registrationÌýby this date gives you access to Do the U and Fall Fest and campus-wide events throughout the academic year. Ìý
- Failure to complete registration by August 15Ìýwill result in a frozen status for the semesterÌýwith accessibility to complete fall registration.
Fall Registration: September 5–September 30
- Fall registration opportunity for registered student organizationsÌý
- Completing registration during this time doesÌýpermit student organizations to participate in campus-wide events at the beginning of the fall semester.
- Failure to complete registration by September 30Ìýwill result in frozen status for the semester with accessibility to complete spring registration.Ìý
Calendar Registration: November 15–December 15
- CalendarÌýregistration is for registered student organizations whose officers function from January to December.ÌýÌý
- Completing the SORT requirements permits the student organization to participate in campus-wide events such as student organization fairs/expos and April Craze.Ìý
- Failure to complete registration by December 15Ìýwill result in frozen status for the semester with accessibility to complete spring registration to obtain active status for the spring semester.ÌýÌý
- This is a separate registration from the other registrations.Ìý

Spring Registration:ÌýJanuary 5–January 30
- Spring registrationÌýis for registered student organizations who missed fall or calendarÌýregistration but are interested in being an active student organization for the spring semester of the current academic year.Ìý
- Completing registration by this deadlineÌýpermits student organizations toÌýparticipateÌýin campus-wide events throughout the spring semester, including April Craze.Ìý
- Failure to complete registration by January 30Ìýwill result in frozenÌýstatus for the semester, but you can complete primary registration April 15Ìý- May 30Ìýfor the next academic year.Ìý
Training
The open training schedule is available through the and the University Events Calendar. During each open registration and training period, student organization leaders will receive notification via email providing instructions and information about the specific training available during that time.ÌýÌý
The SORT training will be available during the following times:Ìý
- PrimaryÌýTraining:ÌýApril 20–May 20
- BSOM Training:ÌýJuly 20-August 20
- Secondary Training:ÌýAugust 5–August 15
- Fall Training:ÌýSeptember 5–SeptemberÌý30
- Calendar Training:ÌýNovemberÌý15–December 15Ìýand January 5–January 30
- Spring Training:ÌýJanuary 5–January 30
