Schedule for Registration
Primary Registration: April 15鈥揗ay 15
- First registration opportunity for all student organizations听whose officers function from August to May.
- Completing registration听by this deadline permits the student organization access to participate in Do the U and Fall Fest and campus-wide events throughout the academic year.
- Failure to complete registration by May 15听will result in a frozen status until secondary registration opens.听
BSOM听Registration: July 20-August 20
- BSOM registration听is for registered student organizations who operate on the BSOM academic schedule and听are interested in being an active student organization for the spring semester of the听academic year.听
- Completing registration by this deadline permits the student organization access to participate in events and meetings, and campus wide events held by the Boonshoft School of Medicine
- Failure to complete registration by July听30听will result in frozen听status for the semester, but you can complete secondary or fall registration听for the next academic year.听
Secondary Registration: August 1鈥�August 15
- Second听registration opportunity for all student organizations whose officers function from August to May.
- Completing registration听by this date gives you access to Do the U and Fall Fest and campus-wide events throughout the academic year. 听
- Failure to complete registration by August 15听will result in a frozen status for the semester听with accessibility to complete fall registration.
Fall Registration: September 5鈥�September 30
- Fall registration opportunity for registered student organizations听
- Completing registration during this time does听permit student organizations to participate in campus-wide events at the beginning of the fall semester.
- Failure to complete registration by September 30听will result in frozen status for the semester with accessibility to complete spring registration.听
Calendar Registration: November 15鈥�December 15
- Calendar听registration is for registered student organizations whose officers function from January to December.听听
- Completing the SORT requirements permits the student organization to participate in campus-wide events such as student organization fairs/expos and April Craze.听
- Failure to complete registration by December 15听will result in frozen status for the semester with accessibility to complete spring registration to obtain active status for the spring semester.听听
- This is a separate registration from the other registrations.听

Spring Registration:听January 5鈥�January 30
- Spring registration听is for registered student organizations who missed fall or calendar听registration but are interested in being an active student organization for the spring semester of the current academic year.听
- Completing registration by this deadline听permits student organizations to听participate听in campus-wide events throughout the spring semester, including April Craze.听
- Failure to complete registration by January 30听will result in frozen听status for the semester, but you can complete primary registration April 15听- May 30听for the next academic year.听
Training
The open training schedule is available through the and the University Events Calendar. During each open registration and training period, student organization leaders will receive notification via email providing instructions and information about the specific training available during that time.听听
The SORT training will be available during the following times:听
- Primary听Training:听April 20鈥�May 20
- BSOM Training:听July 20-August 20
- Secondary Training:听August 5鈥�August 15
- Fall Training:听September 5鈥�September听30
- Calendar Training:听November听15鈥�December 15听and January 5鈥�January 30
- Spring Training:听January 5鈥�January 30
