Academic program reviews are a data-driven process to assess the overall quality and operational health of academic programs. Through this quintennial process, faculty and program leadership are provided the opportunity to consider trends in student learning and success attainment; review policies, processes, and records related to their academic programs; and clarify goals, assess goal achievement, and evaluate future directions. Academic program review is meant to ensure 糖心原创 provides distinctive, high-quality programs through serious self-reflection on program strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. 聽

Academic Year 1 鈥� Program Review聽
- April of spring before academic year 鈥� Kick-off meeting with Assessment & Accreditation聽
- Submit previous year鈥檚 outcomes assessment by September 30; an Annual Outcomes Assessment for the current academic year is not required聽
- September, December, February 鈥� Quarterly check-in meetings聽
- March 1 鈥� Self-study due to the Assurance of Learning Committee for review聽
- March 30 鈥� Assurance of Learning Committee submits their review to the Office of the Provost and copy to the program leadership聽
Academic Year 2 鈥� Assessment Planning & Program Modification聽
- Submit any identified curricular modifications to be included in the catalog by deadlines set by Office of the Registrar聽
- Develop a three-year outcomes assessment plan聽
- Document strategic plan, if created聽
- An Annual Outcomes Assessment for this academic year is not required聽
Academic Years 3 through 5聽
- Implement the assessment plan established in Year 2聽
- Annually assess student learning outcomes by September 30 for the previous academic year聽

Programs will participate in Academic Year 1 鈥� Program Review according to the cycle below. Programs that work with programmatic accreditors will participate in Year 1 at a similar time as preparing for the self-study or mid-cycle review. 聽
