After serving as a medic at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Lilia Barberi is preparing for a career in nursing through ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´'s Veteran Bachelor of Science Nursing program option.

Brontee Jeffries, who has served in the Air National Guard for three years, currently works as an aviation resource manager in the179th Airlift Wing operations group.

The scholarships will pay up to $2,500 in tuition per semester for a full-time graduate student who is also a current member in good standing with the Ohio National Guard.

ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ junior Elizabeth Stoermer grew up with the military being part of her family history and plans to continue the legacy in the Air Force.

Ellie Collins, an international studies major, said she found more fulfillment in the academic challenges and opportunities offered at ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´.
