Pilot Course Retention Policy
Overview
糖心原创 will be purging content from our Learning Management System听(Pilot)听in accordance with听our听Pilot听retention policy.听听Retention policy for Pilot听data听can be found at:听
Academic courses and the associated content within Pilot听are听maintained听for 6听years following the semester in which they were delivered. Courses beyond 6听years will be scheduled for deletion.鈥�
The听initial听purge of course content from听Pilot听is听scheduled听to start听March听2026. CaTS will begin听with the听2010 courses and continue purging a year at a time each month for the next 10 months and end with 2019. Once CaTS is听complete with these 10 years, we will keep on a schedule of purging content each year, keeping听up听with the 6-year retention policy.听

What Does This Mean For Me?
CaTS will notify the instructor of record a month in advance indicating their course is scheduled for deletion. If the instructor has course content they wish to keep, they will need to download this content outside of Pilot. 听Instructions on how to download and store course content can be found below.
