Vision and Hearing

Benefit-eligible employees (75% FTE or higher) can elect vision coverage with Vision Service Plan (VSP) with or without electing medical and/or dental coverage. In addition, eligible dependents not enrolled in medical and/or dental coverage may enroll in vision coverage if the employee is enrolled as the policyholder.
Members may receive vision care from any or select retail locations. Vision care can also be obtained from a non-VSP provider with lower reimbursement.
VSP also offers a hearing aid benefit to its members. VSP Vision Care members can save up to 60% on the latest brand-name hearing aids. Dependents and extended family members are also eligible for exclusive savings.

As a reminder, VSP does not mail vision insurance cards. You can retrieve your card on the or inform your provider that your vision plan is associated with ÌÇÐÄÔ´´.
